First 2 times using were not too successful. Fitting plate onto turntable is awkward,which definitely shouldn't be rocket science.The turntable is flimsy and actual rotating of the plate is far from smooth ,which led to container of sauce tipping as it was heating ,then lid of rice steamer having to be re set twice .not impressed .

I didn't turn it on as the colour was a matt red where all our other appliances are shiny so it looked bad and I returned it

Colour not quite right and controls not easy to use will look to replace it in the new year

instructions for start up could have been clearer! Otherwise works well as a basic microwave.

Looks great and matches kitchen theme Need a bit more time to work how it works, seems over complicated. Heats well, meals certainly warmed better than the old one.
