Looks great , great price easy to clean very pleased with this buy it looks awesome in my kitchen !

Love it. Very stylish, there is an extra programme to get rid of smells which really works. No problems so far.

Bought two of this model and the two main items that appealed to me was 1. the ceramic coating for very easy cleaning and 2. there is a grill in each of mine which are classed as the best grill esp: for toast as stated by Which? Funnily enough, there is "No grill" stated on the details here!! A very good buy if you need a microwave/grill. I can't understand why people complain about the dark, glass door...its obvious when one buys this model that its black glass fgs! I have no need to view contents anyway...IT COOKS! thats all thats needed (who watches a kettle or slow-cooker ??) I admit that it can pull forward as one opens the door but this can be overcome with use of a table mat or similar, aided by some double backed adhesive or similar

Good microwave apart from the automatic defrost feature. This does not work. Had an engineer to look at it and despite changing the entire control panel this feature still doesn't work. Not sure how Samsung can sell a product advertising particular features when one of them clearly does not work.

Perfect addition to our kitchen. Good looking.would recomend to anyone.

Solid build and performance but the variable heating controls are difficult to use and the lighting inside the appliance is so dim it is hard to see your food cooking. Have not been able to use defrost control successfully - the instructions provided are far from clear on this. I do like the extra 30 seconds feature (just press 'start' once when the microwave is running).

I have been using a Samsung microwave since 2008 which was inherited from my daughter and found it very satisfactory. Unfortunately it recently passed away due to a marathon popcorn popping session! I am very pleased with the replacement which has some extra useful features on the old one and I hope to enjoy using it for as many years as the old one.

Excellent microwave with some good features.. bought this for my inlaws who are both in their 70`s both were very happy with the purchase/price and the excellent delivery service.
