    Disappointed

    3/5
Looks great in black on our granite worktop but operationally a major step back from our last 10 year old Sharp Microwave. When you open the door, you have to be careful not to drag the microwave along the worktop towards you, as the door release is stiff and the microwave itself is so light and flimsy. As other reviewers have commented the dark glass prohibits you viewing the internal contents during microwaving and the control buttons are a bit small and indistinct and totally unsuitable for people like me with jumbo sausage fingers. Also makes a few funny noises during cooking. Overall disappointed and not as good as our daughter's Panasonic bought a year ago for the same money.

    Overpriced

I thought I'd splash out £95 on a microwave but the item does not feel premium, when shutting the door or turning the dial the premium feel is also missing. Maybe £95 is not in premium territory but still pricey...it does the job of heating food well and evenly and it does look good.

    A big step back

Impossible to view the cooking window being over dark. Poor keypad facility and microscopic icons . Seems to do the job but poorly designed, overpriced and a disappointment. Samsung have gone backwards with this model.

    Very Good but…..,,

    4/5
I bought this microwave after a long search to find one suitable for my daughter. The controls all appear to be intuitive so if you have used a microwave before, you should get on really well with this one. It has a good design but there were a couple of flaws that I found mildly annoying, given that it is made by a high end manufacturer. 1. I removed it from its box and placed it on a level work surface, only to find that it had an annoying 5mm wobble. I overcame this with a piece of cardboard cut from its packaging. 2. I don’t understand why, but the front glass of the microwave is painted black. This makes it almost impossible to see the contents as they are cooking. Not a plus point. 3. The feet on the microwave appear to be domed metal. There is therefore a lack of friction to hold the microwave safely on a worktop when the door is pulled open. I solved this by buying some self adhesive rubber feet and sticking those on. Coincidentally, this also cured the initial wobble. As I said, good but could do better ??

Good value for money. Easy to use and there's a deodoriser function which I love.

    A good compact microwave

    4/5
A compact little microwave that seems efficient. Had to download the full instructions to make the most of its functions. Annoying that once it goes beyond 3 minutes it only seems to allow increments of 30 seconds. This is the difference between something not really being hot enough and it boiling over.

    Good, easy to use microwave.

This is a great basic microwave, easy to use and seems to cook things evenly, in a good time frame. The fast defrost mode is far from fast hence 4 not 5 starts.
