I was surprised to learn Samsung made more than just phones. But we're happy with this microwave so far (only had it a couple of weeks). Pros: Heats food evenly. Lets you set the time in 30-second increments and starts automatically. Good size for a family of four. Looks modern. Ceramic inside is easy to clean. Cons: The silver plastic fittings feel a bit cheap. There are 8 buttons with indecipherable icons that I don't think we'll ever use. The light inside is too dim.

Good solid quality product. It looks nice and the display is clear. Only awkward thing is that unless you are just putting something on for 30 seconds, you have to press one of the many small little buttons to be able to use the dial to select cooking time, but that's not the end of the world.

It's a good looking, fully functional microwavé!

Easy to use. Good size for dinner plates. Looks good. Does the job!

It works well. However, this is my second one. The door came off in my hand after having the first one for a few years When the new one arrived I've noticed that the door is a little loose so this may be a product issue

Product good value for the price but had to be replaced initially as first one had dent in outer casing.

Good product, simple to use. I like that it has actual buttons rather than touch display which can show fingerprints etc. Not as powerful as my prior microwave which lasted approximately 10 years and was also a 800MW microwave. But it gets the job done and is good value. Looks good too.

Nice looking product and works well. However, the lack of instructions is a bit of a bind and you have to work it out for yourself. this can be very confusing especially when you're in you seventies. Anyway I am using it on a daily basis and learning as I go along.
