Looks great and simple to use but it’s difficult to monitor the cooking with no internal light

Looks smart. Works twice, then kaputt. Ssing engineers tale over a week, so no idea if they'll fix it.

This is a great microwave. Very simple to use and very stylish looking. I like a microwave you can just shut and in a few touches it works without the need for programming. One of the things I like is the fact you can choose to either see the normal clock or turn it off. It’s very easy to clean because it has a ceramic interior. I personally don’t think you could buy a better microwave for the price.

After our last microwave of ten years died a death I spent ages looking for a new microwave that was black in colour and had either a steel or cermanic inside. I’ve had microwaves in the past with white enamel insides that after a while cracked and peeled away. I read numerous reviews on Samsung microwaves and read a mixed bag of thoughts from other people whom purchased this brands microwaves. Overall those reviews were positive so this helped me decide to buy this microwave. I’m pleased to say I am delighted with my purchase. It’s completely black and looks very stylish and modern in our kitchen. The inside is ceramic and easy to clean; the ceramic inside is going to last and not rust or chip. I like the fact there is an eco mode so the microwave can be left plugged in and on but the time isn’t always visible unless I press a button to reveal it. So far we’ve used the cooking and defrost functions and these have been easy to use.

It came without a user manual, when I followed the link I got to a general Samsung page not the manual for my microwave. it has been impossible to register the product, a link took me to flight information about an eastern European flight. Since trying I have been pestered by emails about Samsung phones! The basic functions are good and possibly over time I might work out how it all works!!!

Good microwave for the money. Downside as noted in other reviews is that it's difficult to see what's going on the oven when it's running. This is surprising because the light inside is quite bright when the door is open.

Does the job but in regards to the odour ventilation option, i don't think it does the job. Also, quick heat option has to be programmed individually and the 30sec options always very low heat which is not helpful.
