Only had this a week.
Not very satisfied with the Cooker. Does not always heat food properly. I have found it necessary to repeat the process. Unable to get the defrost facility to work. Disappointing to say the least.
I shall be contacting ao to arrange to return it.

Clearly the Samsung MS23K3513AW 28cm High, Freestanding Small Microwave - White helped me out of troubled because my old microwave was playing up and finally gave up the ghost. And within two days I got the new one, I like the screen it is very explicit and it reminds me that I have something cooked by Bleeping to let me know the item is cooked in the microwave.

Attractive and solidly built microwave. Simple to operate. Good size. Slightly larger than my last microwave - takes plates easily.

Simple, basic microwave for no frills use. Good sized compartment takes large dinner plate with ease, easy to use. Easy to clean. Not quite as efficient as some smaller 800W models.
