The item is perfect and the delivery team were great. I ordered from another company previously who refused to deliver and said my door way is too small. AO did it quickly without hesitation.

Fridge freezer arrived on time with 2 very helpful men . This was a replacement and the only down side is all the shelves instead of sitting on a plastic support the length of the shelf on the old one, the new has a short location shelf at the back and relies on 2 flimsy spring loaded plastic pins to hold the front in place.

Love the fridge freezer, but the shelving could be a little bit more easable to have taller or smalker ones ..
