A rather nice dark grey rather than a shiny silver, this fridge looks very stylish and has a lovely, bright, easily accessible interior. Fridgemaster fridges also get a good review for their technical spec and performance from Which? consumer magazine. One key feature for me is the fact that doors are removable. This allowed me to get it through a rather narrow front door entrance. Excellent service from AO in terms of delivery and installation.

Loved this while it worked. Purchased March 2020. Failed in September 2021 now freezing food in the fridge. Turns out my bargain fridge freezer the most expensive ever. Read Trustpilot reviews to see 3 pages of similar experiences. Very disappointed.

Switched it on and it lit up, set it to the coldest temperatures and waited 24 hours before filling it up, within next 24 hours the salad at the bottom of the fridge was frozen and the beer at the top was warm and everything above the bottom shelf of the freezer had defrosted. Eventually got though to AO expecting a replacement, but told to ring the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent an engineer who said it couldn’t be repaired and had to go back to AO for a replacement, by now it was out of stock so weeks later still waiting for a replacement. Not impressed

I wish I had never bought this fridge freezer!!!! In the first 12 months we had to call out an engineer because it was making loud noises, there was an issue with the fan. And now just over 2 years from purchase the freezer has stopped working and the fridge is too warm despite lowering the temperature on the control panel. I have defrosted it as advised but no good. Only came with a 12 month guarantee which is awful. £400 and it lasted 2 years I’m so disappointed and also gutted to now have to fork o out on a new fridge freezer. Also the freezer is a dreadful design with only one tray at the bottom, items end up falling out would never go for this kind of design again. AVOID!!!

Worst thing I've ever owned. Stops working if u put more than a few things in and freezes over. Cannot understand the positive reviews as we've had nothing but loss of food with it.

This is simply a no brainer - you get a really good fridge freezer, with glorious lines and an amazing capacity to store both frozen and chilled products with ease. The circulating air flow ensures even the most delicate of delicacies remains in glorious condition for longer ( should you show such will control)... It is sleek ( I admit to stroking it as I pass by...is that too much information lol?) The rather attractive light gun metal grey shimmers seductively in the kitchen ( I may be in love with it - haha) Seriously though, it's a great buy both financially and it would have been an A+ in the old ratings .. which is good..the equivalent fridge freezer with the new A ratings would probably be far more expensive and there is little eco difference between them if the truth be told ( You can look up energy savings on various search engines). Given its large size it is surprisingly easy to move around your kitchen should you feel the need, it has wheels... which.make a deep down kitchen clean a damn site easier! The doors are heavy enough to ensure they almost close themselves, but equally they are easy to open due to the hidden handles which are long and deep enough for many size hands to gain access whilst high enough to deter smaller fridge raiders. Quite simply it's a jolly good product at a sensible price.

Had this fridgemaster for a year and 3 months and it stopped working. Can't be fixed by hotpoint. Really disspointed with this product!!! Avoid!!!!!
