I am disappointed with this fridge freezer and wish I had seen it in the flesh before purchasing, where it has lots of space which is a plus the shelving arrangement could do with some improvements as they are too far apart so you have to stack items on the fridge side and the shelves are too deep so when you put items in the door rack you need to leave space on the shelf so the door can close, same applies to the freezer side. The improvements could be another shelf and more shelf guides on the side so you can adjust the fridge to your liking. Delivery staff were absolute stars getting it into the house so 5 stars to them.

Large capacity and stylish design. The information doesn't specify the amount of room the doors need to open. The placement shown in the video isn't possible in real life as the fridge needs to be about 8cm clear on both sides or sit 8cm in front from the other units - to be able to open the doors just to 90 deg. The video shows the fridge flush to a unit with both doors opening fully - a complete work of fiction. Measured the sound at 32DB vs 42DB on the label. However the pitch is very high and the noise it makes (almost continuously) is extremely annoying.

Lookswise this is s great slimline American fridge freezer, sleek and shiny but does attract finger prints! As far as the appliance goes thats all the good things i can currently say. Within 24 hours of turning the product on we noticed a few items getting frozen within the fridge side! Tried every temp setting but these might as well not be there as they don't worktops! This got progressively worse to the point that placing a thermometer in the fridge it registered -13!!! Engineer out, "yup I fixed it"....no you haven't....still -13. Have now requested a replacement from AO.

had to replace previous fridge freezer which was unrepaiable (7 months old) engineer was helpful, but process was longer than necessary. had to obtain refund and then reorder. refund was quick, but whole process meant nearly a month without. Would prefer to pay 50% more for a better built product. Do electronics have a self destruct button hidden for when warranty approaches??

Looks nice but loads of wasted vertical space where no shelving ledges are provided. Only amazing really is you use stackable pots

Excited to take Delivery Of my fridge freezer. However since switching on the fridge is perfect, but the freezer is producing lots of frost inside, along the seal, and even today outside. The ice cream has turned to ice at the bottom and foam on the top. AO were quick to respond and I am now waiting for a reply from the manufacturers so I can’t really give a proper review.

It has a decent fridge/freezer, but I would have liked it to have more storage options (like a small drawer between shelves)

Great fridge freezer. But please note the temperature of the room this needs to be kept in as I don’t think this is highlighted enough. The room this is kept in must remain above 16 degrees at all times! My appliance has broke down after 3 years as I have had the heating on less in the laundry room where it’s kept, over this last year or so. It was fine all winter, but apparently the issue can show at anytime afterwards. Gutted.
