    Lovely freezer and fridge although we brought this as it clearly stated "child lock" yes - we presumed this to mean there is a built in child lock, no unfortunately it is just a lock for the temperature settings (which clearly says hold for 3s and it's high on the fridge so it's not useful anyway). If it wasn't for buying it for this particular reason, I'd be happy with it.

    BIG DESIGN MISTAKE ALLOW 2 INCH PER SIDE TO OPEN DOORS

    BIG MISTAKE F rating is not our A energy consumption rating ! # ALLOW 2 TO 3 INCH PER SUDE FOR OPENING DOORS # If you don’t allow the extra door opening size you cannot get the bottom drawers to pull out without catching the fridge door seals. Massive design mistake . The doors are 2 inch thick and dent easily. Fridge is very light so unless you have a lot of weight in it you will pull it forward due to door handle design. No weight in bottom to prevent this. Big headache now as will not fit in kitchen without moving everything around. So now has to go into the utility garage part or let’s just extend the kitchen …. Yeah right. No door opening information warning on this so shame on the Manufacturer.

    Good value for money but does make some strange noises and the water tray is very difficult to remove without thinking you are going to break it. On the whole, as expected.

    AO have invited me to review this product. Here goes; It's doing what it is supposed to do which is keeping stuff cold in the fridge and frozen in the freezer. Can't comment on how reliable, accurate and usable it is; only had it turned on for 5 days...

    Ok. Not as good as other makes

    Not as good quality as my Kenwood one. Shelves are not as deep and they can be removed too easily. My Grandson leaned on it and it fell down. Fridge door design not great. Drawers at the bottom are deep meaning there’s less door shelves.

    Great enough American fridge freezer

    Had this one exchanged as the other one identical with a water dispenser broke down within 12 mths. When I say broke down the LED light in the fridge stopped working, and no parts available to replace. Thought without the water dispenser it would come with another shelf, what a disappointment. Just a blank space, lack of thought and design. All in all spacious and quiet, love the fact it has so much space.
