It’s a nice, fast and robust phone, but probably not different or improved upon enough from my old iPhone to warrant the price.

Great product as always from Apple. A bit of a struggle with the security on some apps (which wouldn’t just operate on a new device) This takes the ease out of an upgrade, despite apple’s attempt at making the moving across of one phone to another as easy as possible. Only reason this isn’t a 5/5

Couldn’t see any real difference between the 15 and 16 and the price was the best around

So far so good. It's fast and smooth. I'm pretty happy with it. The battery is a bit weaker that expected (compared to a brand new iPhone 11, the phone I just upgraded from).

Great phone but if your looking to upgrade from an earlier model I’d probably just stick with a 14 as there is not really if any noticeable difference, and the 14 is also cheaper but overall it’s a great phone as you wills expect

Like the phone and overall sleek design. Rated below five because: Battery life not fantastic Not a fan of raised camera which needs extra protection. Not sure why Apple don’t provide these things. Camera quality not markedly better than previous model.

This little button helps to relieve stress of wondering where your luggage is . Just popped it into my suitcase on a trip abroad and I could see on my phone where it was. If it got left behind anywhere, you’ll know where which makes getting it back so much easier .

It’s an Apple product and a user for many years. Intuitive to use and quality. ao the only outlet with stock of this specification.
