Used 3 times went wrong. Service engineer came out. Needs new part. Will be 10 days without machine. Door handle is really bad. Would definitely not recommend. Went for indesit as that's what I've always had and they've gone for years

Very basic machine and am replacing it

It’s not as good quality as I expected, it was reduced in price so I expected better, if I had gone to shop I definitely wouldn’t have bought it .

Only had this machine 2 weeks when all the lights flashed and wouldn’t drain . Had to have an engineer out to look at it , it was coming up saying a blockage but no blockage found . Hope it dosnt happen again.

OK but won't spin correctly if there is too much stuff put in which I have not come across before, but you can re spin when some has been removed. For some reason it locks then unlocks and re locks at the start which is a bit odd, guess it allows you to open and add more stuff or something. Not a bad machine though, will do for the next couple of years before it breaks like all the others nowadays so you need to get a new one.

This was a replacement for another Indesit washing machine whose drum bearings failed after only 4 years. I decided to get another Indesit because it's the brand I normally buy and there was no guarantee that another brand would last any longer. My key requirements were a load capacity of at least 7kg and a spin speed of 1400rpm (to facilitate drying) as well as value for money. This machine seemed to fit the bill and was in stock at ao.com. However, when I came to use the appliance I found that the spin speed of 1400 rpm only applied to 3 wash programmes, which are also among the longest in duration (1.5 hours, 2.5 hours and just over 3.5 hours). Alternatively, the 'Eco' programmes can be used (which have a reduced spin speed of 1351) but these range in length between around 2.5 and 3.5 hours. In order to obtain 1400 spin speed with shorter programmes, an additional spin has to be selected after the programme has finished, which I find to be inconvenient and potentially wasteful of energy. Whilst this information could be found by downloading the manual prior to purchase, I felt disappointed that it wasn't clear to me from the machine's online descriptions. On the plus side, the machine washes well and is particularly quite in operation.

weirdest washing machine ive ever known wish i never bought it,very noisy and spin advertised as 1400(main reason i chose this one)when in fact there are hardly any wash cycles with that option unless you want to wash for hours,so after your cycle is finished you then have to do a spin cycle

It's fine no bells or whistles but it's ok it does the job , it's easy to use
