The product is fantastic and exactly what I needed. The service from AO has been excellent and well worth the money.

Must admit they aren’t the easiest to get on and in your ear, especially if your a girl and your hair is in the way. I also always struggle to put them the right way around when they are going back into the case. It has never been a quick matter of just simply grabbing the headphones and going. Also whilst running it’s very difficult to double click the button to move to the next song. So overall not very happy with the design of the product

After buying several cheaper versions, I finally took the plunge and bought a set of Beats ! I'm now gutted .... I didn't do it before ! Excellent set of buds , the sound is very good and one thing that is important to me is the fit. It's excellent, I have weird ears and many manufacturers earphones (ones that look like ETs head ) will not fit or stay in my ears when sat or lying down listening let alone exercising or cycling. and because I'm not 12 or a professional footballer there is no way I'd wear over the head Cyberman style ear muffs ! The arm keeps them securely in place but somehow there is very little sense of wearing them apart from the wonderful sound that fills your head ! In hindsight paying for a pair of beats a while ago could have actually saved me money over the period! Very pleased with a superb quality product, with great sound and extremely wearable
