Amazing little bit of kit cooks alot of different dishes ?? not used my cooker for month's

It seems well built, sturdy, and the controls are simple, the accompanying booklet is good. Used it so far as microwave and the results are good. Glad I purchased it. Value for money

Great value for money, and does everything we hoped it would do.

So far so good. Microwaves well, bakes well, grills well. Can't grind coffee beans though, nor program the Sky box, so disappointing on that score.

My main reason for choosing this model was that it's a beer version of the one we've had before. This is more for convenience than anything, it means the family don't have to worry about learning how to use a radically different bag of tricks. We like to be able to use the grill cum microwave function for pizzas, fishfingers etc. as well as the usual cooking of frozen vegs. Other functions like the convection oven rarely get used and we don't usually bother with the pre-programmed options. The most noticeable improvement of this oven over earlier versions is that it is much quieter: the fan is not something you can hear upstairs when heating and the fan doesn't continue long after the cooking is finished. The door handle is still in a stupid position, making it difficult to see whether your milk is boiling, but I do like the drop-down door. The interior is mostly stainless steel which seems to be the easiest to clean. So we are mostly happy with this, particularly at this supplier's price.

Was looking forwards to having my new combination oven looks very nice only used it twice and the cavity in the door misted up.ao we're great sent me another first time I used it same thing happened.so unfortunately haven't got a good thing to say about this Hotpoint microwave.

great service from AO... BUT, this microwave is driving me nuts !! From day 1, constantly catch the menu functions when opening / closing the door.. means you have to press stop every time. The door is heavy, and needs a fair push to close, meaning the microwave slides to the back of my worksurface. Tried the micro/grill menu as per the ridiculous instructions, it practically buckled the nonstick plate !!!!!! Not much clearance from the grill above when removing foods...then there is the ultra annoying constant beep when it has finished the cycle...I only need 1 beep, not every 30 secs !!! I had a sharp 40lyr proper oven microwave for 12 yrs prior to this, with shelves, shall get rid of this and get another sharp....no, I do not recommend this. had product 1 month.....1 month too long !!!!!!!!!!!
