Informed of ETA on a regular basis Completely hassle free service from AO This microwave replaced exact one that had been Repaired by Hotpoint engineers, whilst it was under the whirlpool logo it’s an exact replica. Only hope that this model do not have same fault, door handle kept dropping off, after hotpoint engineers replaced handle the microwave never worked again

Hotpoint combined microwave and Grill. As a person living on my own I have found this product ideal for my needs it has save me time in preparing my meals , it fits neatly into the space required and I would recommend this to any person or persons living on their own and all my friends have said it’s a perfect idea

Good size and well designed with drop down door. Easy to use display buttons located above the door making them very user friendly. The rotary control knob has a quality feel and action. Many cooking options using different heating combinations on the programmed settings which are easy to select. The fan oven is - as most of them are - is hotter than cooking instructions lead you to think and undersetting the weight , temperature or cooking time is a good idea till you are familiar with the product.

I absolutly love this machine. It works as both a microwave, Oven, Grill and is fab at doing all of them things. I have had it for about a week and have been playing around with all the different settings of it. I do have to admit because it can do so much I have been refering to the manual alot but the usual uses are easy to use. We used the microwave function for some reheating and it was so powerfull it came out steaming throughout in no time at all. And on top of that it stayed warm for ages which with alot of microwaves I have found that it will warm up the outside and goes cold within a couple of minutes. We have also used it to make a whole chicken and it cooked it perfectly in 30 minutes. I was abit hessistant and was prepared to put it back in for another 15 thinking it would still be pink but when it beeped and i got it out it was done. The only down side I would say about this machine is that it is big. When we got it out of the box I was abit taken a back and even when we got it onto the counter top it took some getting used to. Pros definatly do outway the cons and I would 100% recommend this to anyone.
