Poor: Had an iphone and apple mac issues with both connections. Not reliable sound, buggy experience. Should have done it with Bluetooth. Looking for return shortly.

I've only really used it a handful of time since I received it, not really a feature packed product. The speaker is ok, can buy better quality speakers for the money.

Audio quality is good for the size and it does a good job of integrating with Apple services but the lack of an App ecosystem means that as a Smart speaker it's pretty much useless. Siri - Play Radio 2..... Sorry I can't do that. Siri - Play Audible..... Sorry I can't do that. etc etc Compared to the Echo speakers already dotted around my home, the audio quality is slightly better but it's basically useless compared to them if you want to do anything other than listen to Apple Music. There is the privacy aspect which Apple claim is much better and was a reason to try it out but for not I'll be more concerned about the poor sod who Amazon pay to listen in to me ramble on about whatever is passing through my brain at that moment in time.

Overall, it’s Apple - sounds good at a level, good build quality. But, it’s flawed in a disappointing way. Using as a stereo pair. They need to be on a 2.4ghz network to work. Your iPhone will take priority if you’re connected to a Mac. If your internet isn’t great, they’ll crackle. Oh, and one of them will constantly keep disconnecting. Bear all of this in mind before you buy.

Great product when it works, however when I went from one to three they pretty much stopped working, with very frequent disconnections.

I've never been disappointed with an apple product...until now. Sound is great. Cord is way too long and really gets in the way (yes, its corded, try finding a pic or any mention of the cord anywhere in the sales material or marketing images!). Connectivity is patchy at best and Siri isn't a patch on what it is on the phones. If it wasn't for the fact that AO state they only 'partially refund' opened items, i'd have returned this and gone with a different brand. Thoroughly disappointed.
