Nice looking machine and good sized drum. Instructions are a total waste of time. Not keen on wash cycles as they are so long compared to my other machine. Has rapid wash but spins at 1200 not 1600. Dry only facility was a right game trying to get it to work. Actually thought it was faulty. Machine doesn't dry till about 10 minutes after setting drying. This is to allow it to warm up before drying. It also spins on dry cycle which is normal apparently. None of this information was in the Instructions. Found out through Google. Only had a week so it is early days yet so can only assume I will prefer it as time goes on

The machine it's self is brill, the staff not so, delivery people fantastic.

Great washing machine, leaves clothes really clean. Only slight criticism, the 1600 spin does not leave items as dry as my previous machine.

Overall a nice machine quite in operation but the Instructions are not easy to understand especially if this is your first new washing machine in 25 years and the cable is short if you don't have a socket immediately behind the Washerbut otherwise very nice

So far this has been a reliable washer / dryer. Good size and not too loud. Plenty of settings and easy to use once you've read and understood the functions. I dont tend to use the wash/dry combo as quite time consuming (some settings are extremely long). The quick wash is 30mins however the clothes are very wet after the cycle so I reduce the normal wash & use the dryer only function. It does require cleaning more often as there is more fluff / dust build up but this isnt much of an issue! Would recommend as great value for money

Looks very smart, seems to be of decent quality, installation instructions were fairly clear, I also used YouTube tutorials to check my pipe set up was ok before delivery - which I highly recommend doing. There is a guide that shows you roughly how many items of clothing weigh for effective use of the cycles. Ours is in a utility room but even with the door open you can barely hear it. We've had it a few weeks now and mainly used it overnight and had no issues with noise. I am yet to find a short dry only cycle, ideally would want a <1 cycle for when the cuffs haven't quite dried from being on the line. There may be one but shortest I've found is still over 3 hours for dry only.

Drum is great size. If you use the Mix&Match wash and dry option even with a big load, washing comes out cupboard dry but the temp is set on 30c and you cannot increase it, just under 4hrs. The rest of the options aren’t so great. Clothes come out wet even though the option was set for wash and dry and you need to dry them for an additional hour or so. It’s fairly quiet. Wish there were separate dials for wash and dry.
