The product is good the settings are a little long on some cycles but great to have the option drying only cycles

Product works well. Easy to install and the manual is easy to follow. Soap dispenser drawer easy to remove and clean too - which is a bonus.

I was not sure buying a washer dryer but I glad it did so happy with it

Clothes are very creased, could do with an anticrease operation. I had a seperate Hotpoint washing machine and dryer with anticrease, so this one is taking a little getting used to.

Great washing machine rated B for washing and you notice. My electric bills are lower now.

I would give this 4.5 stars but there is no option and 4 feels harsh but 5 is too much. As someone who has never used a washer-dryer before, this is a great machine, however, I do feel like the controls could be better - hence not giving it full 5 stars. The cycles are long which took me by surprise as my old machine had shorter cycles but apparently this is something new machines do as it's better for the environment so that is something to be conscious of, lest you get a shock like me. Everything comes out clean, even on the lowest settings and the dryer function is very good. Thought changing to a combo machine would have been a nightmare but I really like it.

Works nicely and looks good

This washer dryer does a good job...in small doses and takes a very long time. I wish there was a custom setting, but you can only use the programmed options available.
