Not the best washer dryer I’ve experienced. The door has dripped from day one, the settings aren’t very different. The electronic panel plays up frequently, changing the spin, the duration and temperature. It has been less than 1.5 years since installation and the item is now no longer useable and needs to be replaced. Waste of money.

I've had this for several months now and it's the worst washer-dryer I've ever owned. Almost all the cycles take a ridiculously long time, typically around three hours. The drying functions are useless and rarely leave clothes fully dry, no matter how long you run them. It's caused pilling on lots of clothes, which has never been an issue with previous machines. Absolutely hate it and will avoid Hotpoint machines in future.

Washing and drying cycles can be very long. Not the most intuitive machine to use.

Brilliant washing machine. But the drying cycle leaves a lot to be desired. Does not dry clothes fully and you have to do a second spin before using the drying cycle. Drying cycles can be as long as 5 hours and the clothes are still not dry.

Mixed feelings about this one. The washing function is great, the dryer is really awful; it’s not particularly effective compared with my previous 10year old appliance, it’s noisy and makes a terrible sound as though it’s struggling. I had a call with Hotpoint and they assured me it’s operating correctly. Luckily we don’t need to use the dryer that much.

Average product. Does not dry as quickly as a stand alone drier.

Washes quietly but during the drying process makes an annoying thud every 10-15 seconds or so. I queried this with the manufacturer and they told me that during the drying process a valve opens periodically to give a squirt of water into the drum, hence the noise. It's not something I've experienced before in a washer-dryer. Hmm!! On the advice of the manufactirer, I took this up with AO as I find it annoying and there was no mention of this in the product description. The agent said he needed to speak to various people about how to proceed. After 4 days I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. It seems as an experience, it's going downhill fast.
