Looks smart, only used it a few times but works as instructed. Would buy from AO again

Very happy with my washer dryer. Plenty of different programmes and very pleased that the dryer function can be used independently from the washer for those days when the washing hasn’t completely dried outside on the line

Works well. The steam refresh is great for towels and things that have been stored for a while. The cycle lengths are long and not all can be reduced in time. Easy to use and not too noisy.

Washes and drys really well. Cycles take ages, and i found it really hard to understand the instructions and all of the different modes and combinations. As in to do a basic 1hr wash you have to do a 60-90 wash with dry off and press the steam/rapid button twice. Im sure I'll get the hang of it but it seems overly complicated at the moment. But overall it works perfectly and it looks great!

Good washing machine. The washing times are a lot longer than my old one but I've been told most recent machines are like that. Very quiet and washes well though.

No stress, received exactly as ordered in great condition and at a price I was happy to pay (not too high). I've shopped with AO and purchased a number of products over a number of years - always good quality, reasonably priced with good customer service and delivered as expected on time. Hopefully this will continue - very HAPPY.

I spent a long time reading various Washer/Drier reviews. Many reviews stated that their product did not dry properly. I am extremely satisfied with this Hotpoint appliance - the build quality is excellent and it dries clothes well and completely. A good example of "you get what you pay for". I highly recommend.
