Looks smart, only used it a few times but works as instructed. Would buy from AO again

Works well. The steam refresh is great for towels and things that have been stored for a while. The cycle lengths are long and not all can be reduced in time. Easy to use and not too noisy.

Good washing machine. The washing times are a lot longer than my old one but I've been told most recent machines are like that. Very quiet and washes well though.

I spent a long time reading various Washer/Drier reviews. Many reviews stated that their product did not dry properly. I am extremely satisfied with this Hotpoint appliance - the build quality is excellent and it dries clothes well and completely. A good example of "you get what you pay for". I highly recommend.

Best combined washer / dryer we have had

Overall this machine is great. It’s very quiet - for a washing machine. There are a lot of options to choose from half of the cycle you can make shorter with a reduced time. The bedding wash and dry cycle is 8 hours long and whilst very energy efficient it does feel like a very long cycle if it’s in your open living/kitchen.

At first we found the instructions a little daunting as we were experts use of the machine to be similar to our previous Hotpoint washer/dryer, not so. At the second time of use all became logical. To me, the maximum spin spin of 1400 rpm was disappointing from my precinct machine which was 1600 rpm but I assume that is to do with recent regulations. We are still on a learning curve and I am sure we will enjoy using it in the coming weeks.

It looks good, it's quiter than our old unit, just a bit hard getting our head around the new set ups, overall a good machine.
