    Quiet spi

Perfect, I have never owned a washer which spin's as quietly as this one does. Simple to use, great variety of programmes for every type of wash. Excellent value for money. Very happy with my purchase.

Cycle times too long and drying unreliable

    3/5
A standard mixed load on 40 degrees is 2hrs 55minutes! Previous machine was 1hr 30 mins, so I could get 4 loads done in a day, now I’m down to 2!! The drying function is unreliable and often has to go on a second time (after 3 hours washing and 3 hours drying!). I’ve tried all sorts but, after 18 months, I give up! I’ve ordered a new machine that does quicker washes and has a half load option. (This machine has ‘mini load’ but no idea what that means!)

Bought it for my daughter as her old one had packed in after a good many years, and she was happy with the resulting purchase.

    Impressive machine for the price

Really like the way this washes - everything seems to come out pretty well, even on the cool and short washes. Drying is a tad more mixed, some things appear to go really fast, others rather slower and I tend to put these in the airing cupboard afterwards. But the excellent thing is the efficiency in terms of electricity usage - it’s brilliant!

    A competent washer-dryer

In general, a good washer-dryer. Plenty of programs, washes and dries well. It took a while to work out how to dry without washing, as the instructions are not very clear. The control panel doesn't seem very solid - it flexes when control panel buttons are pressed - but otherwise the build quality seems OK.

I like this washer dryer but the previous one didn't last long.

Had a previous model that might be repairable but for reasons, I needed to buy a new machine. Although they've changed the display to white from amber, for me, they've spoiled the look of the machine with the writing on the dial. Having said that, I quite like it. It's quiet, it's fire and forget, and has numerous options which I'll never use. I like that I can put my work clothes in it on Friday and they are dry and can be folded up ready for the next week in a few hours. The last one lasted 3 years before the bearing went. Let's see if this one lasts longer. 3 years is not very good though.
