Great once you decypher the instructions. Tip Take photos of instruction and the controle panal and ask any question of any ai and it will answer.

I did a lot of research in my quest to replace a very old washer-dryer and finally settled on this Hotpoint model which seemed to tick all the boxes without being in the higher price brackets. One of my criteria was that it not be too noisy when spinning because we are in a flat with downstairs neigbours. The machine is working very well and fulfils my quest. I didn't go as far as awarding 5 stars simply because we haven't used it for long yet, but it's heading that way. Could I make it 4.5?

Easy to use and navigate, very quiet when running and such a wide variety of different settings. Love this machine. I love the dry only options that the machine offers and how quiet the drying cycle is, you can barley hear it

good solid piece of kit,easy to use and plenty of load space

seems well made and the wash cycle is good but very long on most settings as mentioned above by some the spin leaves the clothes fairly damp not as good as my 10 year old machine which this was meant to replace ! The biggest negative is that during the (very long drying cycle the cold water inlet valve comes on and off every 10-15 seconds or so making a lot of noise at the inlet valve so multiply 6 times a minute by 3 hours -that a lot of horrible banging Hotpoint say this is "normal" ! Sent back and exchanged for another machine !
