Product as expected. Easy enough to use for simple heat-up. Not yet used the auto programmes of grill. used the oven from a basic point of view - seems to take a while to heat up to 200o+. Only negative for me is the button programmes - white on black. fine during day but at night very faint as do not light up. Need brighter lighting or more than my subdued kitchen lighting, which I use most of the time.

Following which advice as best buy, and looking at the very few minor negative reviews i decided to get this. It fits the same space as our previous microwave grill only and which was a good 5 cm smaller inside. This is a great convection oven in and of itself, but a combi convection microwave chicken was great! This fits into a small space that a standard microwave takes. It takes a good sized 23 cm casserole dish. Easy to use buttons that are intuitive to use. Easy to clean. Comes with pizza base tray and oven rack. Very happy so far after three weeks use.

A great combi oven, with clear instructions on how to make the most of its functionality. A definite step up from a standard microwave, and while it is a litle noisier than a standard microwave, it heats food quickly and evenly, and the grill function is brilliant.

I ordered through a well known online supplier, but they could not get my Panasonic best buy microwave (Which magazine). Local high street shops had none either, so I turned to AO. The microwave arrived within a very few days, and we are very pleased with it. It is a well made machine which ticks all the boxes. Should have come to AO.com first. An excellent service thanks.

Looks well made and easy to clean. The combination method does really nice baked potatoes, bit slower than auto cook. The instruction/cookbook is reasonably comprehensive. To me it’s failing is the range of oven temperatures at the low end only 40 or 100’ I like to heat my plates and also melt chocolate that’s 70/50.

Lovely looking microwave, looks compact for its 27 litre size . Oven needs to be used in slightly lower temperature as it found it too hot , haven’t tried grill yet

I had to replace my old microwave and found this reasonably priced microwave with top ratings from 'which magazine '. I am more than happy. I only realised how bad my old microwave was . The food heats up very quickly and evenly. The oven function is also great.

Replacing an old but splendid Panasonic combination microwave my research led me to the latest version. The new one is much lighter, which means it has to be held while opening. The controls are not as intuitive as the previous model but with use, I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. Best part is the speed of cooking, much faster than the old one.
