Bought this as £20 off in Black Friday sale as I had a similar model that was over 15 years old. I decided to replace old one as powder was appearing under the turntable and making a squeaking noise so thought it would not last much longer. But only had the new one 3 months and now the new one is doing exactly the same. Squeaking turntable & powder underneath I keep having to clean away. Have I bought a faulty model?

This broke in under 2 years. Panasonic only give a 1 year warranty. Now we are going to have to buy a new microwave.

I found the controls more difficult than my previous models and the handbook did not explain the features. I am still not sure why sometimes cooking starts immediately and other times there seems to be a 30 second delay where the clock runs but there is no heating before the cooking actually starts.

Basic microwave. Manual time setting. Reliable product.

Excellent microwave. Great look to the kitchen and super quiet from the inverter technology. Surprised how light it is compared to old Samsung. Great service from ao as usual.

Does everything a microwave should. Food heats up evenly and quickly, just what needed. Good build quality

The microwave looks smart but not so kean on the display showing wattage levels rather than power level of high, medium, low etc etc The microwave had transit damage to the front panel which we noticed on un-packing and had a metal work dent, not very good for a new item ! Cooks ok
