Best ever microwave Best service from ao Ao telephone service excellent

Having purchased a Panasonic microwave some years earlier I opted for the same when ordering a new one. It works well and I am pleased with my purchase. The downside is that it it doesn't appear to have all the options that my old one had despite being the same model. I miss the timer that had a 'second' counter. The new one measure seconds in multiples of 10 which is not always ideal.

Perfect size and easy to operate. Very recommended!

Had my oven two weeks and tried a lot of different things. Main oven seems good. Reservations about top oven and grill is awful. The design and quality of the control knobs is poor - hard to believe whoever designed them has actually used the oven. Had my old oven 34 years and would still have it if I could have replaced an oven seal. It was definitely better quality than this one.

I cannot fault this microwave, the size is very good and it is not to heavy to lift. Looks very stylish and the bright LED inside helps to see the food cooking. Chaos defrost is very quick and efficient. The microwave is quiet even on full wattage and the instructions are very easy to follow. This microwave was a brilliant choice and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Looks good and works well but it rocks on its base .. not adjustable so sending back

The Panasonic microwave was purchased following great service from our previous Panasonic. The new microwave does not appear to be as well built, for example the door appears to be made of flimsier materials or at least its hinges are. It is also not as straightforward to operate - as you have to press the power selection button before pressing any other setting. Also the dark glass makes it difficult to see inside when items are cooking so there is a greater risk of things like porridge and custard boiling over. I just these are just irritating niggles and the oven proves to be robust and efficient. AO service was excellent and the delivery as promised.

It is big, it is powerful, it looks beautiful. I had the previous model and years later upgraded to the new one.
