Nice large plate microwave, but controls are hard to push

Simple to use. We found this microwave very easy to use. Lots of settings which are quite intuitive. Cooks everything evenly on time.

Seems ok so far...I always purchase Panasonic microwaves but this one has totally different controls to my old 8yr old one but im sure i will get used to it....

As a product, it’s a nice microwave but I am rating it 1 star due to pathetic customer service of Panasonic. I had a problem with the door of the microwave. If you are owner of this microwave then in general you can notice that the door of this microwave is not smooth if you open it completely. The one I had, it’s door was rubbing against something and didn’t felt stable. So I reached out to Panasonics’s customer support. They use to take weeks to respond and when they responded, it was rubbish. They tried everything to get rid of my complaints sometimes with absurd responses which never made any sense. Eventually AO stepped in and helped me to get the replacement. So, if your microwave works then feel lucky else you could end up with pathetic customer support of Panasonic. Going forward I will hesitate to buy any Panasonic products just because of their poor customer support.

Top quality product from a quality company Easy to use with preset programmes large capacity cooking area

really well packaged and looks sleek with a nice design and shiny exterior. Bigger than i thought but I should have took the extra time to measure it out in my kitchen area. Item says "small" microwave but i found it to be quite large.

Very pleased with this purchase. Dimensions were spot on, the usability is very good, and the cooking performance is excellent.
