clever piece of kit, but the build is wonky. A spirit level shows it's uneven. The eye can tell! but it's within the allowed limits according to Samsung. Very disappointing. It gets very steamy inside when using the microwave, too. Internal illumination not as bright as other Samsung ovens. But, easy to use, and multifunctional.

Great product - our old microwave stopped working so we replaced with this as an upgrade. Loads of features - kits about to try the steam setting (literally now!). Air fry, MW and fan oven all fab!

Still learning, but looks great, lots of interesting features and simple to use, so far!

It is a very good microwave / oven. The discription of the product is very misleading though. In the discription it states that there is no power cable or plug and needs to be hard wired. That is not the case at all. It has a normal cable & a 3 pin plug to my relief. Like i said it is a first class product.

It's a very intuitive oven to use and it heats up really quick. It's a really nice size too internally and looks really smart. It has lots of great options and the controls are much simpler than many others I've tried. So without a doubt a massive improvement over my previous oven, and was fitted and tested in about 10 mins by the very professional fitting team. The only two criticisms I have are as follows: 1. The controls are not back-lit. This is not great when the kitchen is dark as you can't switch it on or continue cooking after opening the door. I got around this by putting a couple of tiny self adhesive sticky rubber dots next to the on/off and pause / start positions. 2. Despite being one of the reasons that I chose this oven, the phone app is not very useful: I had assumed I could preheat the oven on my way home, but all you seem to be able to do is send it the cook settings, but you need to physically hit start on the oven to get it heating up. I would definitely recommend this oven. It's very versatile, smart and intuitive.
