I have owned this machine for 7 months and it has been repaired twice by Hotpoint. This machine has a known fault of the suspension cracking and this of course happened to mine. Hotpoint came out and repaired it with a metal plate. The engineer told me he does a few of these each week. Very disappointed that Hotpoint sell a machine with a known fault. Be aware that this will probably happen to you too if you purchase it. Wish I had spent a bit more on a different brand of washing machine.

Unlike my Beko, you cannot select 1400rpm on short cycle, so not going to be energy efficient as I will have to use my tumble dryer for longer instead as clothes will be more damp. Can’t believe the cotton cycle is 4.5 hours!!!!!! I am very unimpressed. Don’t care if it is quieter, if I will need to be running it continually now as every cycle takes soooo much longer!

If you buy this washing machine it takes 4 hrs 30 mins to do a white wash at 60degrees my old machine took just over 2 hrs. A colored wash at 40 degrees takes over 2 hrs 30 mins my old machine was 1 hour 15mins It is crazy. Not impressed. Shame as has a 10 kg drum. They say do a self clean first before using but this not one. So washing now takes a lot longer than it should not eco friendly

Disappointed with this product ….. so loud ! And the eco setting takes forever. Wish I had chosen a different one.

Washes are to long Only 1 30 mins The rest are over 2 hours

Not bad for price paid however vibrates a lot more than old machine despite levelling changing sizes of loads etc.

No manual supplied, tried to get one from Hotpoint after spending 45min on phone no joy sent email no responses not good

Nice quite machine. Controls are a liitle old fashioned and clunky but due the job. Only concern is the door is very stiff to open you have to really yank/pull the handle hard so worried it may become faulty.
