Absolutely brilliant, nice big drum. Excellent 30 minute low temp cycle. Good looking machine too

Nice quite machine. Controls are a liitle old fashioned and clunky but due the job. Only concern is the door is very stiff to open you have to really yank/pull the handle hard so worried it may become faulty.

I selected this model because according to the information it met my preferences: quiet, add to option, 1400 spin, 45 degree full load; not made in china. It is quiet, the add to option is handy, and it's made in Italy. However the 1400 spin option is only available on a few cycles, particularly if you use the rapid option. (Who wants to wait 3 hrs) If you use the rapid option the spin is reduced to 1200, and you can feel the difference when you hang out the washing. Finally, the 1400 is not available for the 45 min full load or the 30 min quick wash (why?) so you then have to use the drain/spin cycle on 1400 to add another 10 mins to the wash. Not a major issue, as still quicker than my old machine, but slightly niggling. So whilst I was looking forward to my lovely new washing machine, I won't lie, I'm a bit disappointed with the spin options. I expect I'll only use a couple of the wash cycles.

Just what the family were looking for. A great washing machine, purchased online, excellent price, excellent customer service regarding delivery and excellent delivery. What more could we ask for...........shame it does not iron and fold laundry ;-)

The washing machine is smart and efficient! The larger load is helpful especially for larger items.

I have owned this machine for 7 months and it has been repaired twice by Hotpoint. This machine has a known fault of the suspension cracking and this of course happened to mine. Hotpoint came out and repaired it with a metal plate. The engineer told me he does a few of these each week. Very disappointed that Hotpoint sell a machine with a known fault. Be aware that this will probably happen to you too if you purchase it. Wish I had spent a bit more on a different brand of washing machine.
