    To be completely honest the machine is a complete disappointment. After 40 days of struggling with F18 symbol appearing and me thinking it was an uneven load or overloading finally an engineer arrived to fix it only to find he didn’t have the part despite me telling them fault number ! He left and turned off the machine and returning in 5 days to hopefully fit a new part ! Totally unacceptable for a new machine ! So I am extreme disappointed

    Very disappointed with this product. It is so noisy compared to our previous Hotpoint. When it spins it knocks really loudly and has since day one . Wouldn’t buy another

    Fairly good but bad experience with customer services

    Getting this machine was a nightmare. I paid for installation fee and the guys came very late to deliver then said no installation fee so they are not going to do it. We argued the point of installation. The driver then said he will go and call the company now and went to his van and drove off. I then call AO right away and they booked an engineer 3 days later to install I waited all day and night and Noone showed up. Integrity and lack of customer etiquette is not good. For a first time customer I am very disappointed. My other half and I had to set up the machine ourself. I am very disappointed. It is working fine so far, drum big.

    Unfortunately I had to return this item as it was faulty and took 7.50 Hours to do a wash yes seven and a half hours ????. A O were fantastic they promptly had the washing machine recovered and a replacement was delivered . So top marks to AO

    Works fine, but might not be brand new.

    The machine itself works fine and is quieter than other washing machines I've had in the past, however the drainage hose and power cable are both quite short too. The product turned up with some damage on the back and the drainage hose had a small amount of water in it, which leads me to think this isn't brand new. Will keep an eye on it in case it's faulty, but this will make me think twice about buying from AO again.

    Good product just fed up of daily spam ao emails since purchasing

    The washing machine is absolutely fine but the one thing I don't like is the numerous spam emails you get DAILY from ao since purchasing the washing machine has annoyed me to the point where I don't think I'll order from ao again
