First impressions are this is a great washing machine. Feels solidly built, cleans the clothes well and is quiet for a washing machine.

Pleased so far

I love my new Hotpoint. I ordered a black one to fit in with my kitchen decor and upgraded to a larger wash load as my previous Hotpoint was a 5.5kg. It looks so smart in black and can’t stop looking at it and finding things to wash! Of course I can now fit more into my machine including a blanket and a light duvet (not together of course!). My old machine didn’t even have an energy rating so I am saving both water and energy with this machine as well as using it less often. Cannot recommend this Hotpoint enough plus it has a very quiet operation.
