Excellent product & great service. Delivery was fast

A great looking machine with a large opening door making loading it quick & easy. Its incredibly quiet even on a fast spin & doesn’t ‘dance’ across the floor like some machines I’ve had. The only downside is - It’s got 16 different programmes but I’ll probably only use 2/3. I like to wash at either 30/40 degrees & spin speed at 1200-1400 any slower & clothes come out too wet!! so the options available are very small. Who needs to wash clothes for 2/3 HOURS? That’s ridiculous!! No clothes get that dirty & surely that’s not energy efficient? But this seems to be the same with a lot of appliances unfortunately.

My machine has a great variety of long and short program cycles. I particularly like the 30 minute cycle. It also is very quiet & overall an efficient machine.

Happy with the washing machine. I especially like the 45min cycle. The washing machine looks neat and is quieter than my old Indisit one. Would recommend

Washer is extremely quiet and efficient. Post wash steam blast is a nice little feature. Standard wash takes approx 60-90 minutes, but this can be halved if you do quick wash. Highly recommend

Mostly 40deg cycles would prefer more options with higher temp. Also the machine would not take softener on a certain cycle- after trying to sort out ourselves eventually called hotpoint where they immediately advised of a software update and needed an engineer to attend. Perhaps we should have been told this on purchase?? Good tracking system for delivery

Very good washing machine. Nice colour. Very quiet. Washes well.

Great machine. Easy to use love the steam function helps to get stains out .Would highly recommend
