I don't know if it's any good because unbeknown to me, the sizes given by Hotpoint do not include the door. I ordered it supposing the sizes were correct but unfortunately it was too deep for my space, so I had to return it.

Washing machine perfect

Good washing machine for the price but a bit noisy. Certainly more than the 9yr old Hotpoint it replaced !

good item although length of some cycles quite long and can also be quit loud. Easy to use and looks smart

Pleased with the machine overall but it is noisy in a spin cycle and when setting the delay option, it is too easy to press the pause section of the button rather than the start section.

So far so good! Pros... Quiet, looks, ease of use. Cons... Long cycle time. I run a fish shop so often my whites are greasy after a long hard day at work. With my old washer, I was able to wash my white tshirts and the shop towels & aprons on a 90 degree intensive wash which took 2hr 10mins. With my new washer, a 90 degree wash takes over 3hr 30 mins. Again, with my old washer, a standard mixed wash would take 30mins with the option of selecting intensive taking the time to 43mins. To add extra time, it increases the wash to over an hour. In sure I'll get used to the cycles, after all, my old Siemens washer lasted me approx 15 years :)

Fantastic machine clothes come out clean..there are some really good programs and a steam ootion for extra sanitizing..only downfall programs are a bit long ..

Amazing washing machine, leaves my clothes very fresh. I liked the idea of a hygiene steam option as I work in dentistry but my uniforms come out very very creased so only recommend that setting for extreme ironing fanatics as it took me a while to get the stubborn creases out. One of my polyester jumper have gotten permanently creased, by permanent I mean it remained the same after washing it again. I still think it’s a lovely machine with impressive capacity.
