So far so good! Pros... Quiet, looks, ease of use. Cons... Long cycle time. I run a fish shop so often my whites are greasy after a long hard day at work. With my old washer, I was able to wash my white tshirts and the shop towels & aprons on a 90 degree intensive wash which took 2hr 10mins. With my new washer, a 90 degree wash takes over 3hr 30 mins. Again, with my old washer, a standard mixed wash would take 30mins with the option of selecting intensive taking the time to 43mins. To add extra time, it increases the wash to over an hour. In sure I'll get used to the cycles, after all, my old Siemens washer lasted me approx 15 years :)

Easy website to order from and product just as described. The machine is so quiet compared to our old one and washes our new born babies reuseable nappies really well. Would recommend this hotpoint washing machine

Looks very nice and fairly simple to use if you follow the chart included, easy to change programs after wash has started. The 45 minute wash is not suitable for soiled items but otherwise a very good machine.

Quick delivery, easy to install. Works like a dream. Wouldn’t use another brand. Very reliable.

Love my new machine, the fact that I can do a 45 minute wash is a boon as we don’t soil our clothes very much so they just need a quick wash. Also like the time showing on the display panel
