So far so good. Nothing to complain about. Easy to install and looks good. Only used the 45 minute wash so far, but with a bigger capacity than my old one it will easily take curtains, etc.

Looks lovely, has lots of programmes that some people will love to have, one downside for me personally is that I have low water pressure and the ‘mixed load’ doesn’t complete due to not enough water being put through. I am using the eco programme and that works fine just takes forever to go through. If I had known it wouldn’t work in a low pressure area (rural farm cottage) I would have bought a different model. Apart from that it is a lovely machine. Have only given a 4 rating because of water problem.

Easy to use, a good size & really quiet. Perfect for a busy family.

Nice washing machine which is great and new, I mean that really new technology feel. Such a pleasure given how long we held on to our previous machine, also a fair value given it was less than we thought we'd have to pay for a new one

The Eco programme takes over 3 hours. I used to be able to go to the laundrette and back in this time. And the clothes would be dry. Well done Hotpoint.
