Normal washes take too long. Quiet. Could do with faster spin speed for those hoodies. Don’t think I’ll use the steam option because of electricity use. But overall pleased with it

It is a striking, shiny black Hotpoint washing machine. It is easy to use with a central dial to select the wash cycle. There is flexibility on temperature and spin speed. It is very quiet.

Very good

The first machine arrived with a damaged waste pipe due to poor packaging, a replacement was sent only to have an error with the internal circuit board. The third one arrived in tact and in perfect working order, so far no complaints.

Great, my last Hotpoint washer lasted 15 years so hopefully this one will do as well!
