Great product, cheap to run, delivered on time and all packaging taken away including the old machine, spot on!

It's quiet and has a lovely large capacity. It may run for longer than our old machine but it doesn't get anywhere near as hot and the clothes actually come out dry, so overall it probably has the same length of cycle to get the desired result. It looks nice and is easy to use.

This drier was chosen as we have an autistic child wel small man and we wash like many parents with a disabled child - 7 times a day. We picked it for energy rating and the heat pump. Its quality

Clothing comes out hot and still feeling a bit damp, even on cupboard dry. My old tumble dryer left clothes cool, reverse tumbled to stop creasing and could be put away immediately, not draped on my bed waiting for them to air, cool down and finish drying. Could be that I haven't really got used to it yet as it only comes with a sheet of paper and not a user manual. I presume there is a user manual online I need to download. I will get used to it. Cleaning the filters is easier and it has a nice big drum.
