super excellent service on the phone and on line , we had delivered the Elica Induction hob ,sadly the glass was broken but no problem at all with selecting a different Elica hob on the phone or on line , was quick to pick up the broken and replaced with the new hob in perfect condition !!!

Not yet plugged it in, but came well packaged and looks amazing!

I'm sure it's going to be great once installed. Only writing review because ao.com give prize draw incentive to write one.

The hob looks very sleek and I think it will look exceptional in my new kitchen but, unfortunately, cannot give a better review because it is not yet fitted.

Great design; the Elica Switch looks amazing in my new kitchen. The vent is discrete and quite effective in extracting the stream and fumes when cooking. It is really easy to clean, so much better than a gas hob. The touch controls are good and heat is delivered instantly. It is an expensive appliance, however the aesthetic appeal, ease of use and upkeep make it worth while.

Not yet installed but the product looks beautiful and the service from AO was as exceptional as ever
