This is the best vacuum cleaner it's perfect for what I need. I would highly recommend

I was far too quick to jump in and buy this out of pure panic that my hoover had broken. I've owned a fair few Shark Hoover's now and this is by far the worst. It feels cheap. It feels like my toddlers toy hoover. It's awkward to switch from carpet to hard floor (other models have the switch on the handle) the switch is halfway down the hoover. The lead is on the wrong side for dominant right hand users meaning it gets in the way constantly. The overall quality just isn't what I expected from Shark. The suction is good. (As it should be) But still a bit too strong on the minimum suction setting, it still tries to suck up the underlay with the carpet. Even the chord housing is a poor design. I'm honestly really annoyed with myself for buying this so quickly.

First time having a Shark Vacuum and I love it, so light compared to my old Dyson

Works really well, easy to set up, and bring able to lift the body of the cleaner off the base is helpful for cleaning the stairs. The only downside I've found so far is it's easy to tip over the vacuum when using the hose because the base isn't very stable. Top marks for the fully recyclable packaging too. It came in cardboard and paper packaging, not polystyrene foam.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do!

This was an amazing price and from reading the reviews just what we needed. Quick to order and delivery was excellent. Used on our front room carpet and even though we had used our old Hoover 2 days before The Shark lifted so much dirt dust and pet hair . Also love that it’s so light and therefore extremely portable. A great buy

Product easy to assemble ,from packaging, on arrival. Good manoeuvrability and easy to push around on hardcase softer surfaces. Impressed with suction and what it collected on first clean
