Excellent looking oven and very modern touch screen. Easy to use and to program. Fitting was slightly bigger at the back than my last oven so I had to make adjustments to the cupboard space, but no big deal. The temp reaches the settings quickly and it cooks good but not evenly like it says in its blurb. Other than that I’m quite happy to give it 4 stars.

Was faulty straight out of the box. Never reached or maintained selected temperature, was at least 30-40 degrees lower than it should be. Oven door gets dangerously hot, too hot to touch and enough to burn. Faults confirmed by engineer but Samsung support abysmal. Many thanks to AO customer support for arranging a swap for another make/model...brilliant service as always.

Could only give this one star as faulty out of the box. Understand that faults can sometimes happen but Samsung support was terrible, gave me the runaround even when their engineer confirmed the fault. Fortunately AO live chat support was outstanding and quickly and efficiently arranged for a replacement. In particular, Sophie on live chat is a star and really demonstrated what good customer service is all about.

When our other brand Oven went POP! during lockdown we were looking at several days of inventive cooking whilst we browsed for a new oven.
