Perfect for our family. It's great to be able to cook on half of the oven and save some energy!

It's fabulous, and so was the installation. Second time we've had AO deliver something and the deliverers have gone over and above to make sure it gets installed despite complications. Can't see myself every shopping anywhere else now.

Product has not been used yet as it turns out our wiring isn't compatible and we need to get electrician in to install it. However it arrived in perfect condition with prompt delivery and great communication, Installation staff were apologetic and explained the situation clearly and concisely and we got an Installation cost refund within 12 hours. Fantastic service by ao, will use again and will recommend to family and friends

It’s a great oven! Heats really quickly & the split oven is proving very useful as I typically only need one tray/dish of food cooking. Definitely reducing my energy consumption which is always a bonus! Can’t find any faults at the moment.

Was very happy with the new Samsung flex has a gold down cook meat on top veg bottom could not be happier

The oven works well and we've yet to use it to the full potential. slightly marking down as the oven did not turn up with the correct items (e.g. oven divider) that we then had to 'order' separately

No issues so far, very quiet and looks smart like the split door. Haven't used all the functions yet, you do get a few recipes in the manual which is useful. Only downside for some maybe the tray heights when the divider is in place. Other than that thumbs up from us.
