We bought this oven mainly due to its dual cook function and the ability to use half of the oven if necessary. It has a wide range of functions, heats up quickly and is quite in opertation. Dual cook works great. One issue brought in reviews is condensation of water in the unused half of the oven - e.g. if you use the upper half you can fins few droplets of water on the lower part of the door, but in practice it is not a big problem. Overall highly recommended product.

I needed to replace my oven and after a fair bit if research I decided this oven would be ideal for the following reasons. - It gave me no-hassle cleaning with the pyrolytic feature - A large oven capacity or two smaller dual ovens so I can choose which works best for the dish…. No more meeting in the middle and hoping for the best when things have different cooking temperatures! - You can also just use one oven, meaning my teenager can heat something simple without the cost of using the entire oven - Easy and clear to use so there is no excuse for the whole household not to use the oven. We needed to be able to easily read the control panel as oven is under a bench, and this does just that. - As a bonus it looked stylish and would give peace of mind with the Samsung 5yr parts guarantee. The reality was far better than I could have hoped for the dual oven facility is excellent, I have used it to both cook separate items at different temperatures without any issues what so ever, and to use one to cook and the other to warm the plates. I have no worries that it will cook this year’s Christmas Turkey (and trimmings!) for 11. It has proved easy to use for all the family. Family members are happy to use to heat precooked food using a single oven saving cost. The pull out shelf runners on the lower oven a great feature as you can use to easily and safely see the food on the bottom shelf, as when using both ovens the divider is in place. I like the chimes which work when making a selection on the display panel but they can be turned off. I like the fact that the front is easy to clean as there are no dials or buttons on the front. I cannot find fault with the function of this oven. If I had anything its more of a niggle, it did not come with a wire rack insert for the grill tray (which was provided) however fortunately I had kept my old one which fit perfectly. The Control Panel is well lit which had been a concern that it may not be easy to read as it was being used under the bench, however the on/off is not lit when the oven is off and it is difficult to see without bending down but I soon realised that it is easily located by just using the back of your fingers rather than looking for it with your finger.

Looks great haven’t used it much as yet, but what I have cooked was good . Had to buy a second rack which for the money spent wasn't good , and as others have said the on off symbol is dreadful to see ,why couldn’t it have been lit like the rest of the panel, have had to put on a black sticky dot so I can see it , but overall I think that it will be a good buy

Love my new oven, was unsure whether to get a double oven or a single, and this fits the bill perfectly. Great large capacity single oven, with the added bonus of being able to divide into two smaller ovens. Cooks well, evenly and heats up quickly. Looks great, I am very pleased with my lovely new oven.

During the week I cook for 2 and easily utilising the top oven only. Weekends have allowed us to use the whole oven when family came around. Have used each of the basic oven cooking features with great results.Yet to use any of the auto-cook or cleaning functions. The trays supplied are full oven size maximising the available space. Negatives so far are more due to getting used to the oven. 1) The on/off switch is hard to see as not illuminated, raised or otherwise distinguishable from the sleek panel. 2) Trays are edge to edge, and designed to cook on directly. Each are bigger than normal width cooking foil too. Not convenient when cooking multiple separate dishes at once in one oven section. Now using normal trays to put on top of the supplied trays to overcome. Not sure how this might affect the tray coatings overtime but less washing and foil application.

An impressive cooker. Very happy with the ability to spilt into two ovens. Quick to heat up and even cooking. Note only down side is that it only comes with one wire rack shelf, The intent is that you use the full size oven trays but they are not always convent.

Looks good and is easy to use with a bright display. Really liked the idea of being able to use as a double oven as well a single ad I would have struggled to fit a standard double in the space available.

We both love using our new oven. Lots of ovens have Pyrolytic Self Cleaning but only Samsung seem to include the Steam Cleaning too. I had planned to Steam Clean after every use for maintenance and use the Pyrolytic Self clean if ever gets really dirty, having said that I think you should use the Pyrolytic at lease once when its new, as my husband had to try it and it seemed to burn off manufacturer grime or primed it. The Steam Clean worked great too. The food also does seem to taste better and I am using only half the oven more than I thought I would. We didn't have a problem with the on button even though it doesn't stand out, it seems logical where it is, so if you are used to smart phones you shouldn't have a problem. The control panel is easy to use and quickly mastered, especially like the light bulb you can turn on to check the progress without having to open the door. Nothing to dislike apart from it does say it can be plugged into a 13 amp socket but doesn't mention there is not a cable with or without a plug attached or included, this would have been handy to know before hand so we could have cut off our old one before they took it away.
