Purchasing an oven of this price takes some careful consideration. Replacing our 13 year old clapped out Neff we never expected this to be half as good as it is. So quiet, so fast to heat up and the "special cooking programmes" actually work! Chicken taste better, chips taste better and my electric bill looks better! Only things: this is one heavy oven. It comes with handles and is a two person lift. And it doesn't have a plug. It doesn't even come with a cable but I found a local guy who did the install for £35. Very happy, no considering the matching hob.

An impressive cooker. Very happy with the ability to spilt into two ovens. Quick to heat up and even cooking. Note only down side is that it only comes with one wire rack shelf, The intent is that you use the full size oven trays but they are not always convent.

Looks good and is easy to use with a bright display. Really liked the idea of being able to use as a double oven as well a single ad I would have struggled to fit a standard double in the space available.

Selected for the 2 clean functions, the pyro blast, which I know works really well. The dual oven seems to work well giving us more cooking options. You can switch on an internal light as well, which is a nice feature.

Very fast to heat up and the two ovens in one feature is really useful. Finding the on/off button takes a while to get used to, but I use a torch to shine on the panel, which makes this easier. The temperature setting is spot on as tested with a thermometer. So far I'm very pleased. Delivery and fitting service was excellent.

Wow - what a step up from a fifteen year old range cooker. But I was very disappointed with the supplied accessories for this higher mid-priced model. There are two full size trays but no wire inserts for them (for grilling). And no detachable handles to remove them from the oven, so a good pair of oven gloves are a must. And there is only ONE wire rack for two ovens! I bought another original manufacturer one - but not from Samsung which was twice the price! I love the two (almost) independent temperature ovens which allows great flexibility to cook several different meals for the kids but all served at the same time! Excellent size cavity for a traditional roast dinner. Choose which oven and mode to use and you get crispy based pizzas and golden topped lasagnes. Haven't used the pyrolytic or steam clean facilities yet but they look easy to do. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

The flexibility of this oven was it's main selling point for me, but there was a worry that this would detract from overall performance. Having used the oven in all configurations now I can confirm that performance is as expected. Very versatile and relatively simple to master the basics of controlling it.

Great looks, intuitive controls, great added features with multiple functionality - exceeded all my expectations. Haven't found anything negative about it.
