Brilliant vacuum, super strong suction on both hard floors and carpets. Easy to read instructions and super user friendly vacuum with clear to see buttons for various functions. The vacuum is easy to steer with a multi directional head and is not heavy to lift. The bin is easy to take off and empty and the wand is easy to remove and put back, i also really like that you can take the handle off so even quicker to use. It come with 2 tools which are stored on the vacuum itself for ease and convenience. Had the usual shark headlights which I like. It’s also a lift away which is handy for stairs or cleaning the cars etc. The price was also great. I would recommend this hoover.

Bought this to replace a Dyson handheld/cordless that had been increasingly problematic and then abruptly died. First Impressions are really good. Even though the Dyson had been run round and had been working two days before, the extra power from plugin vacuum still picked up a lot on first use. Some of the plastics feel a little cheap and potentially brittle compared to the Dyson, but fit and finish on everything is excellent, performance very good, weight very manageable and the design simple and effective.

As a hoover it’s great. As a product for the money it’s quite flimsy. Wand broke after 4 days and have submitted a report to shark but having heard nothing back and having a brand new expensive hoover unusable I’ve had to pay £20 to purchase a new part !

Don't love it as much as my last shark (it feels heavier, and narrower... so more effort to cover the same space. Very large house, so wider would have been ideal to save time). Apart from this I like it a lot. Great suction, and the usual things that made me love my old shark... the headlights to help you see what you're doing, and amount of invisible muck it sucks out of the carpet you thought was clean!) No idea how the anti hair bit works, but not having to cut our long hair from the brush roller is such a treat ??

Has good suction like previous Sharks i've owned but i find it very hard to push. I bought this as i had read good reviews but i would not recommend it to anyone with deep pile carpets especially. I literally have to use two hands to hoover and put my whole body weight behind it.

I bought this as I needed a lighter hoover. I’m so glad I bought this. It’s easy to use, has great suction and I love the light on the front. I really like the lift away as it makes it so much easier to hoover the stairs. I definitley recommend and don’t regret buying it.

The shark vacuum cleaner is amazing, I feel like my old hoover wasn’t working compared to the Shark. I was amazed how much it picked up.
