Easily the best suction of any vacuum I’ve ever used. However this does come with a slight downside - it sucks to the carpet so we’ll it makes it really heavy and difficult to move around on any rug or carpet with even slightly long pile. It really would be difficult to use if you had limited mobility / strength. The tools are OK but not very manoeuvrable and not great for example for car cleaning.

Good vacuum cleaner straight forward to use, lots of accessories even though most just sit in a drawer handy how it detaches from frame for stairs, disadvantage very weighty to the left so often falls over on you if your doing around the skirting boards with detachable hose

Compact and powerful, not too heavy with perfect performance. Anti hair wrap is great as our Retriever moults a lot.

Fantasticonly 65 decibel our old dyson was 90 decibel, and more pweful suction ????

Love the technology. It would be 5 stars if the machine didn’t keep falling over when using the hose. The brushes are very easily removed to clean. The dust collector compacts hair and fluff meaning that you don’t have to keep emptying after every room. As the owner of 3 labradors, this machine is a godsend.

this is the second shark vacuum I've purchased in a couple of years. the brushes stopped turning on the last one so bought another. I thought it would have lasted longer as I don't vacuum every day so it wasn't over used.

It's a great and easy-to-use product. The only downside is the size of the waste chamber, but this allows it to be easily handled while emptying.

Excellent product. Straightforward to put together. Really easy to use, I like the button on the front to change to different floor surfaces. Easy to empty. A longer cord would have been good.
