Lovely picture quality, but that’s where it ends. The user interface is appallingly bad, using the remote as a mouse is virtually impossible as it jerks around the screen uncontrollably, and inputting text with the remote is just frustratingly slow and cumbersome. I doubt whether this has been tested with ordinary users, and even with my own experience with tech and IT, building and using CNC machines, teaching IT etc, setting up and using this TV is not a pleasant experience. Do not buy this TV - get a Sony or a Samsung or indeed any other make you like. If I hadn’t paid so much money for it I would have chucked it in the bin.

Very pleased with this TV, it was easy to set up and the picture is fantastic. My only criticism is the 'mouse' remote control, is irritating, the scroll function is the same button as select, which keeps making the mouse appear on the screen if you move it even the tiniest amount!

The perfect blend of consumer friendly accessibility and high end gaming performance, this LG Oled is a great entry point into OLED tv's that can match top performing gaming monitors. A friend of mine bought an A series model and after seeing what this TV can do we was left with buyers remorse to say the least. This model accommodates Variable Refresh Rate support, HDMI 2.1 connectivity, a host of performance inhancing features (such as AMD Fresync and a ALL low latency mode) as well as a built in input lag prevention mode so you can get the absolute most out of your games console without breaking the bank or getting mired in jargon. Not only is this TV a performance powerhouse for gaming, it is also beautiful and sound fantastic. The AI sound and picture quality scaling is phenomenal, and has transformed home entertainment for me. Movies I have watched hundreds of times have a new lease of life, and YouTube music playlists hit much harder and sound amazing! If you are into home entertainment - be that gaming or films or both - and you aren't a massive tech person but want high performance and quality out of the box then I would sincerely recommend this TV.

Worth to buy

TV is a great improvement on my old one, the colour is so vibrant and clear, the remote takes a bit of getting used to, but that's the same with any new fangled thing. It has all the apps needed and more they are easy to access for your watching pleasures.
