Paid £10 extra for Henry PET but not sure it's significantly different or better than Harry? Chose this model as it promised onboard tool storage but the reality is slots for just 2 tools on the back of the body - the rest will no doubt get lost in the back of the cupboard. Haven't yet figured out how to hoover the stair carpet as the vacuum tips over once I stretch the hose above 5 steps.

Excellent hoover , carpets never looked so good . With two hairy dogs gets the hair up . Highly recommend .

Excellent value and a reliable brand I purchased this product because I have two Labrador puppies so needed something to pick up the dog hairs. Easy to use and does the job perfectly even my dogs try to stop it cleaning there mess away

This is a replacement for a previous Henry and its great! have upgraded to the pet version and its brilliant the charcoal filter eliminates any pet odours and the hair brush sucks away all the dog hair-what more could you ask!

Easy to assemble and use. Comes with a wide array of attachments that make cleaning easy. A good size that is not too unwieldy and isn't too heavy to carry up and down stairs. Only negative point is that it requires disposable dust bags. Would have preferred if this was more easily identifiable.

So easy to use and put together.Fantastic suction,a little weighty , for up and the stairs but everything else makes up for this.Its definitely one I should have bought Sooners!

Haven’t looked back since buying this hoover. More powerfull than any hoover I’ve used before.

My old Henry that I had for 14 years died last week. So l had to have another. The pet attachment is great for dog and cat hair. Good to have onboard tools too. Definitely recommend.
