Excellent service pleased with product hoping it lasts a long time!!

Have just recently had a new kitchen fitted & needed a chimney cooker hood. This ticked all the boxes, it looks good & works well. Nothing too complicated which is ideal.

Really good value...fan is brilliant and lights are great, not noisy at all, it is a kitchen extractor after all! Would recommend. No need to purchase the filter as included, but need the ducting kit...but this is quite clear in the instructions.

Quiet to use in comparison to previous band, stylish and looks lovely in our new kitchen.

I bought this product as a replacement for my old product. I gave it 3 stars as it is quite noisy when in use and it does't remove all the smoke from frying which was reason why I bought the product. I have to keep the window open as well as using the extractor. Its disappointing that AO don't fit this product. I had to employ an electrician to come in to replace the old fan. It does't come with the extractor tubing so I had to get that seperately. hence my electrician had to come back the next day to finish the job, costing me an extra days charge.

We were replacing an old cooker hood with this. Easy to install. The lights are at the front and are really bright and it is not as noisy as our previous one. Great value for money.

Small but perfectly fine with such a powerful fan. Can be used with or without the light feature to. Looks really stylish and is a real feature in the kitchen. ??
