Beautiful product, much nicer than the one we were going to get. Lights are bright enough to not need anything else on. Yes the full fan is loud, but not as loud as I had expected it to be. Love this hood.

Our original order for the cooker hood from another supplier failed to appear, no explanation no communications. I was advised to try AO, they supplied within days a better alternative that was also cheaper.

ordered this from AO and im over the moon with how easy it is to fit, the lights are super bright and the extraction is amazing. Plus the customer service from AO is second to none.

Good quality product, function is easy understand, lights are nice and bright and the fan is not too noisy. Looks smart in the newly refurbished kitchen. Service was great as always, delivery team were friendly and professional.

Very disappointed with this product. It cannot be used without going to more expense and purchasing a ducting accessory kit. Could not find this information anywhere in the description and was not able to purchase this through AO. Just be aware that you will need to buy this kit as well.

Fantastic cooker hood,exactly as described on line,very well made and works a dream,lights also very good with a quite extractor.
